For instanse, the Stone Hedge in Britain is a very important historical monument. People began building the stone hedge 5,000 years ago, dragging each stone to place. It is located in Salisbury Plain Wiltshire, UK. The age of the stone is estimated at 3100 BC. The stone is Bluestone, Sarson, and Welsh Sandstone. This place is one of a kind, and a place to go if you are visiting this country.
Windsor Castle has been a royal residence for over 900 years and today is one of the homes of Queen Elizabeth ll. This is one of the places where you will find the guards with red shirts and those big fuzzy hats that do not move no matter what you do. It is a beautiful and wonderful place to visit!
Duddingston Loch and bird sanctuary are situated to the south of Holyrood Park and the south west of Duddingston village in Edinburgh. loch means Lake so it is a bird sanctuary near a lake. The ratings on most of the travel pages have very good ratings. If your into birds this is the place to go, no promises you wont get pooped on!
